Cody Erikson

Executive Director

Cody has more than 18 years of experience spanning many different areas of community operations. He started out working in the dining department of an independent living community while attending college. He graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in business administration. A strong advocate for seniors, Cody has based his career philosophy on excellent customer service. Cody and his wife, Joni, moved to Stillwater soon after marriage, and together they have one son. When not working, Cody can be found cooking, woodworking, working on renovation projects, or spending time with family.

Baleigh Mansfield

Assisted Living Director / Assistant Administrator

Baleigh graduated from Oklahoma State with a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology. While attending OS, she worked for a local assisted living community. There she served as a nurse’s aide for two years and an activity coordinator for one year. She found her passion for helping and advocating for senior adults. In 2016, she was nominated by a resident and won the OSU Student Employee of the Year award. After graduating from OSU, she attended Tulsa Community College where she received her occupational therapy assistant certification. When not at work, Baleigh enjoys cooking, running, traveling, trying new foods, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Kristi Lester

Sales & Marketing Director

Kristi has over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She has a degree in health promotion from Oklahoma State University-Stillwater. Kristi is passionate about service and advocating for the needs of those in her care. Her ambition, energy, relationship, building, and leadership skills have allowed her the opportunity to leave a positive, lasting impact on communities, individuals, employees, and families. Kristi and her husband have four children. They enjoy watching softball and basketball, riding bikes, building LEGOs, and church functions. Kristi enjoys spending intentional one-on-one time with friends and families, creating special memories.

Alicia Dale, RN

Wellness Director

Originally from Perry, OK, Alicia is grateful for a position that allows her to serve those who had a hand in her upbringing. Her nursing career began as a Home Health Aide, where she discovered her passion for working with seniors. She earned her LPN from Meridian Technology, and later earned her RN from Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa. She has extensive experience in home health and hospice, particularly the end-of-life spectrum. Alicia believes her role as a leader is to coach her team to provide the best possible care for residents and create experiences that lead to growth for associates. Alicia loves spoiling her grandbabies, reading, and traveling.

Nikki Burke

Memory Care Director

Nikki Burke is a proud native of Hennessey, Oklahoma, and a graduate of Elk City High School. Nikki’s dedication to caring for others led her to pursue a career in nursing. Juggling college studies at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City Community College, she concurrently obtained her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification to start her nursing career. With 12 years of experience in the field, Nikki’s expertise and unwavering commitment to seniors’ well-being have been evident throughout her career. Now, as the Memory Care Director at Legacy Village, Nikki is thrilled to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a positive culture and providing exceptional care for residents. Beyond her professional endeavors, Nikki finds joy in spending time with her husband and energetic son, and she cherishes the opportunity to explore new destinations through a love of travel.

Debbie Melton

Resident Services Director

As Resident Services Director, Debbie Melton, plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living experiences of senior living residents. Here at Legacy, we distinguish ourselves by embracing a Personal Touch Culture which strives to make loving and meaningful connections with associates, customers and partners. Our associates make heart-to-heart connections with every resident and get to know them on a deep, personal level.

Jake McGhee

Dining Services Director

As Dining Services Director, Jake McGhee oversees our restaurant-style dining program. Food is important. From new tastes to classic favorites, our dining program connects residents and families in unforgettable experiences. 

Dylan Vowel

Maintenance Director

Dylan Vowel, a dedicated and compassionate professional, serves as the Maintenance Director at Legacy Village of Stillwater. Dylan has a passion for creating safe and comfortable environments tailored to the unique needs of older adults. His leadership is marked by his proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring that every aspect of the community operates smoothly and efficiently. In his sparetime, you can find Dylan creating music on his guitar.
