Cody Erikson

Executive Director

Cody has more than 18 years of experience spanning many different areas of community operations. He started out working in the dining department of an independent living community while attending college. He graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in business administration. A strong advocate for seniors, Cody has based his career philosophy on excellent customer service. Cody and his wife, Joni, moved to Stillwater soon after marriage, and together they have one son. When not working, Cody can be found cooking, woodworking, working on renovation projects, or spending time with family.

Kristi Lester

Sales & Marketing Director

Kristi has over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She has a degree in health promotion from Oklahoma State University-Stillwater. Kristi is passionate about service and advocating for the needs of those in her care. Her ambition, energy, relationship, building, and leadership skills have allowed her the opportunity to leave a positive, lasting impact on communities, individuals, employees, and families. Kristi and her husband have four children. They enjoy watching softball and basketball, riding bikes, building LEGOs, and church functions. Kristi enjoys spending intentional one-on-one time with friends and families, creating special memories.

Alicia Dale, RN

Wellness Director

Originally from Perry, OK, Alicia is grateful for a position that allows her to serve those who had a hand in her upbringing. Her nursing career began as a Home Health Aide, where she discovered her passion for working with seniors. She earned her LPN from Meridian Technology, and later earned her RN from Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa. She has extensive experience in home health and hospice, particularly the end-of-life spectrum. Alicia believes her role as a leader is to coach her team to provide the best possible care for residents and create experiences that lead to growth for associates. Alicia loves spoiling her grandbabies, reading, and traveling.

Chris Stettnisch

Dining Services Director

Chris was introduced to the world of culinary arts at 14 while working at his parents’ restaurant in his hometown of Blackwell, OK. After high school, Chris spent four years in the US Coast Guard before attending culinary school. After completing an apprenticeship program in Missouri, his culinary training and experience led him to work in hotels, country clubs, and college campuses. In 2015, Chris began working in a senior living community and fell in love with serving seniors. He enjoys spending a few extra moments with fellow veterans and hearing their stories. Chris enjoys fishing with his family, attending Oklahoma sporting events, and picnicking.

Baleigh Mansfield

Recreation Director

Baleigh graduated from Oklahoma State with a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology. While attending OS, she worked for a local assisted living community. There she served as a nurse’s aide for two years and an activity coordinator for one year. She found her passion for helping and advocating for senior adults. In 2016, she was nominated by a resident and won the OSU Student Employee of the Year award. After graduating from OSU, she attended Tulsa Community College where she received her occupational therapy assistant certification. When not at work, Baleigh enjoys cooking, running, traveling, trying new foods, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Daryl Horstman

Director of Maintenance

Daryl is detail-oriented and passionate about keeping Legacy Village of Stillwater functioning correctly. He has extensive experience in customer service, and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our residents are comfortable. As a mechanical contractor, he can troubleshoot and repair many equipment types. Before joining the Legacy family, Daryl worked in facilities management at Oklahoma State University while also operating his own company. After a few years away, Daryl is grateful to call Stillwater home. When not working, Daryl enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. He is an outdoor enthusiast and is always looking for his next adventure.
