Baleigh Mansfield

Assisted Living Director / Assistant Administrator

Baleigh graduated from Oklahoma State with a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology. While attending OS, she worked for a local assisted living community. There she served as a nurse’s aide for two years and an activity coordinator for one year. She found her passion for helping and advocating for senior adults. In 2016, she was nominated by a resident and won the OSU Student Employee of the Year award. After graduating from OSU, she attended Tulsa Community College where she received her occupational therapy assistant certification. When not at work, Baleigh enjoys cooking, running, traveling, trying new foods, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Kristi Lester

Sales & Marketing Director

Kristi has over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She has a degree in health promotion from Oklahoma State University-Stillwater. Kristi is passionate about service and advocating for the needs of those in her care. Her ambition, energy, relationship, building, and leadership skills have allowed her the opportunity to leave a positive, lasting impact on communities, individuals, employees, and families. Kristi and her husband have four children. They enjoy watching softball and basketball, riding bikes, building LEGOs, and church functions. Kristi enjoys spending intentional one-on-one time with friends and families, creating special memories.

Nancy Turner

Memory Care Director

Nancy Turner is the Memory Care Director and ACMA at Legacy Village of Stillwater, where she brings nearly three decades of dedicated experience in senior care. Her career began in 1996 as a housekeeper in a hospital, where she soon discovered a passion for serving others. She went on to earn her CNA, Med Aide, CMA, and ACMA certifications, ultimately growing into her leadership role in memory care. Nancy has been part of the Legacy Village of Stillwater family for four years and values the community’s supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Originally from the small Central Valley town of Dos Palos, California, Nancy moved to Oklahoma nearly five years ago and has since built a life with her husband of three years. She is a proud mother of six and grandmother of fifteen, and she enjoys life on her small farm, where she tends to goats, a cow, chickens, and ducks. Above all, Nancy cherishes time spent with her family and brings that same warmth and compassion to the residents she serves.

Jessica Heisler, RN

Wellness Director

As Wellness Director, Jessica Heisler, RN, plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living experiences of senior living residents, helping them thrive in whole-person wellness. Here at Legacy we distinguish ourselves by embracing a Personal Touch Culture which strives to make loving and meaningful connections with associates, customers and partners. Our associates make loving and meaningful connections with every resident and get to know them on a deep, personal level.

Debbie Melton

Resident Services Director

As Resident Services Director, Debbie Melton, plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living experiences of senior living residents. Lindsey Lovekamp

Recreation Director

Lindsey Lovekamp, recreation director at Legacy Village of Stillwater, designs innovative life enrichment and wellness programs that cater to a wide range of interests and abilities. Lindsey’s dedication to resident well-being is evident in her carefully curated monthly calendars, featuring a mix of physical, mental, and social activities. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and compassionate approach continually enrich the lives of residents, fostering a vibrant, supportive environment at Legacy.

Kinnidy McDonald

Dining Services Director

As Dining Services Director, Kinnidy McDonald oversees our restaurant-style dining program. Food is important. From new tastes to classic favorites, our dining program connects residents and families in unforgettable experiences.

Steven Harrison

Maintenance Director

Steven Harrison, a dedicated and compassionate professional, serves as the Maintenance Director at Legacy Village of Stillwater. Steven has a passion for creating safe and comfortable environments tailored to the unique needs of older adults. His leadership is marked by his proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring that every aspect of the community operates smoothly and efficiently.
