Lara Bowles, MSW, brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, including 20 years in administration, to her role as Executive Director at Legacy Village of Salt River. Passionate about creating dynamic environments where people can thrive, Lara is dedicated to fostering strong networks of resources that support growth and well-being. Having lived in Arizona for 20 years, she is excited to lead Salt River, a new upscale offering in the Scottsdale market, into its next chapter. Guided by her favorite quote from The Lorax, prominently displayed in her office—“Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better, it’s not”—Lara’s leadership is rooted in compassion, purpose, and the drive to make a meaningful difference.

As Assisted Living Director, Ana Nzioka, oversees assisted living level of care which supports residents with daily living support. No matter what stage of life we’re in, maximizing independence, maintaining dignity, and having choices are important at Legacy Village of Salt River. 

As Memory Care Director, Dianna Claus, oversees our memory care community and our professionally trained caregivers who provide specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory loss. Our expert caregivers help residents with memory support as well as assistance and supervision for daily activities such as personal care, medication assistance, and meals.
