Rachel Davenport

Executive Director

Rachel joined Legacy Village of Castle Pines in August 2017. She has a wide range of experience in the senior living industry and has served as a Vice President of Resident Care, Executive Director and Wellness Director. It was her close relationship to her grandmother, who lived with dementia, that lead her to a career in senior living. Rachel is passionate about empowering team members to provide excellent care and services in a person-directed and growth-oriented culture. Rachel is a Colorado native and lives in Castle Rock with her family.

Erica Sprague

Sales and Marketing Director

Erica had the pleasure of living in many states growing up. She came to Colorado in her early years and raised her own family in Douglas County. Erica has more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry and understands firsthand the challenges residents and their families face, as she cared for her aging grandmother while raising two children. When not at work, Erica enjoys spending time outdoors gardening. She has been married for almost 30 years and has two children who both graduated from Colorado State University.

Stephanie Magdziasz

Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant, Stephanie, provides daily support for the leadership team while building meaningful relationships with residents. No matter what stage of life we’re in, maximizing independence, maintaining dignity, you’ll find a personal touch approach to life at Legacy Village. 

Misty Perkins LPN

Wellness Director

Misty is a Colorado native. Because her nursing career began in rural Colorado, she has developed her skills in many different facets of healthcare over the last 20 years. She has been in senior living since 2018. Misty is passionate about honoring seniors and helping every resident have the best day possible everyday. She treasures everything she can learn from our residents! Misty has two dogs and one daughter, who was just accepted to the doctorate program at CU Boulder. She could not be more proud!

Malina Larimar

Dining Services Director

Although she is originally from Oregon, Malina has lived in Colorado since she was very young. She has spent time in Seattle and Washington D.C., where her career began in the hotel business as a Food and Beverage Manager. Since moving home in 2010, Malina has dedicated her time and career to caring for seniors, opening new senior living communities, and dedicating herself to making sure that her residents are taken care of with good food and love. Malina loves animals, gardening, and skiing.

Jamie Agnew

Life Enrichment Director

Jamie was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. She has more than 10 years of experience in the senior living industry; she started in sales and marketing, but soon realized that she wanted to be a part of the residents’ lives on a daily basis. She took the route of an Activity Assistant, and within three years became an Activity Director. Jamie is always interested in each individual and gets to know each one of our Legacy residents personally. In her spare time, you can find Jamie spending time with her family.
