Rachel Davenport
Executive Director
Rachel joined Legacy Village of Castle Pines in August 2017. She has a wide range of experience in the senior living industry and has served as a Vice President of Resident Care, Executive Director and Wellness Director. It was her close relationship to her grandmother, who lived with dementia, that lead her to a career in senior living. Rachel is passionate about empowering team members to provide excellent care and services in a person-directed and growth-oriented culture. Rachel is a Colorado native and lives in Castle Rock with her family.
Erica Sprague
Sales and Marketing Director
Erica had the pleasure of living in many states growing up. She came to Colorado in her early years and raised her own family in Douglas County. Erica has more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry and understands firsthand the challenges residents and their families face, as she cared for her aging grandmother while raising two children. When not at work, Erica enjoys spending time outdoors gardening. She has been married for almost 30 years and has two children who both graduated from Colorado State University.
Jamie Agnew
Administrative Assistant
Jamie was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. She has more than 10 years of experience in the senior living industry; she started in sales and marketing, but soon realized that she wanted to be a part of the residents’ lives on a daily basis. She took the route of an Activity Assistant, and within three years became an Activity Director. Jamie now serves as administrative assistant, supporting the day-to-day operations of our community. Jamie is always interested in each individual and gets to know each one of our Legacy residents personally. In her spare time, you can find Jamie spending time with her family.
Stephanie Magdziasz
Resident Services Director
Stephanie brings warmth, professionalism, and a wealth of experience in senior living to her role as Resident Services Director at Legacy Village of Castle Pines. Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Stephanie is dedicated to Serving You Like Family—helping each resident feel supported, connected, and confident in their daily life. At the heart of her leadership is Legacy’s Personal Touch Culture, which fosters loving and meaningful connections among residents, associates, and families.
Malina Larimar
Dining Services Director
Although she is originally from Oregon, Malina has lived in Colorado since she was very young. She has spent time in Seattle and Washington D.C., where her career began in the hotel business as a Food and Beverage Manager. Since moving home in 2010, Malina has dedicated her time and career to caring for seniors, opening new senior living communities, and dedicating herself to making sure that her residents are taken care of with good food and love. Malina loves animals, gardening, and skiing.
