Darren Jacobson
Executive Director
Darren is originally from Bountiful, Utah. His passion for senior living began at the age of 12 when he began volunteering at a local nursing home delivering mail, reading stories, and playing the piano. He has his bachelor’s degree in long-term care administration from Weber State University and his master’s in healthcare management from Western Governor’s University. Darren is passionate about empowering the residents he serves to live happy, healthy lives, and believes there is nothing better than putting smiles on their faces. One interesting fact about Darren is that he is an accomplished pianist – he plays, tunes, and repairs pianos in his spare time.
Rose Draper
Administrative Assistant
Rose knows firsthand what it is like to have a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease—both her father-in-law and mother-in-law were former residents at Legacy House of Taylorsville. Rose is proud to work in a community with associates who truly care for residents and their families. Her favorite thing about Legacy is that there is a real sense of love. Rose shares with families who are considering moving a loved on into a community that Legacy House of Taylorsville was a lifesaver for both of her in-laws and for her family. Rose has been with Legacy since 2006, but has more than 20 years working in healthcare. Rose enjoys camping and traveling with her husband and children.
Liz Nguyen
Sales and Marketing Director
As Sales and Marketing Director, Liz Nguyen plays a key role in welcoming new residents and families to Legacy House of Taylorsville, guiding them with warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to Legacy’s Personal Touch Culture. With a strong background in senior living sales and a passion for helping older adults find the right level of support, Liz ensures that each family’s experience is meaningful, personalized, and rooted in trust.
In her role, Liz leads outreach efforts, builds strong community relationships, and supports families as they navigate care options—always striving to Serve You Like Family. Their approach centers on heart-to-heart connections, understanding individual needs, and showcasing the vibrant, supportive lifestyle that Legacy communities are known for. Through compassionate guidance and thoughtful leadership, Liz helps make Legacy House of Taylorsville a place where residents truly feel at home.
Araceli Holguin
Assistant Administrator
Araceli Holguin is the Assistant Administrator at Legacy House of Taylorsville where dedication to our Personal Touch Culture guides every resident interaction. With a strong background in senior living operations and a heart for service, Araceli plays a vital role in ensuring that daily life at the community is seamless, supportive, and full of loving and meaningful connections.
Candi Ingraham
Dining Services Director
Before joining the Legacy House of Taylorsville team, Candi worked at our sister community Legacy Retirement Residence of South Jordan. Candi has worked in catering and also as a Sous Chef, and she loves to share what she learned in those roles with her team. She especially enjoys working with older adults because she loves hearing their stories and learning from their experiences. Candi and her husband have two wonderful children. Candi enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking with Project Life, sports, camping, fishing, hiking, and animals.
Kari Lindquist
Recreation Director
Kari Lindquist has worked for Legacy House of Taylorsville for over five years. She started as a CNA thinking one day she would become an RN, but soon realized activities was her passion. Kari worked as an Activities Assistant for five years before being promoted to Recreation Director. Kari has a deep love and admiration for the older adults. Kari is married to a wonderful husband, and has three children and many beautiful grandchildren. Kari loves camping, fishing, pickle ball, riding ATVs and anything outdoors.
Cintia Saccomanno
Director of Wellness
As Wellness Director, Cintia Saccomanno, RN, plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living experiences of senior living residents, helping them thrive in whole-person wellness. Here at Legacy House of Taylorsville we distinguish ourselves by embracing a Personal Touch Culture which strives to make loving and meaningful connections with associates, customers and partners. Our associates make heart-to-heart connections with every resident and get to know them on a deep, personal level.
