Veronica Weathers is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in senior living and long-term care. Her career includes owning and operating a licensed skilled nursing facility for more than a decade. A licensed Health Services Executive, Veronica holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Public Administration. She is deeply committed to building strong partnerships, raising the bar for care standards, and inspiring teams to lead with heart and purpose. Outside the office, Veronica loves to travel, explore new foodie spots, and indulge in a bit of retail therapy. A true entrepreneur at heart, she launched her first business—an ice cream truck—at age 19. Today, she is a proud wife, mom of three, grandmother of five, and doting pet parent to Macchiato the Rottweiler and Cappuccino the teacup Yorkie.
