Miranda Collins
Executive Director
Miranda Collins grew up in an Air Force household where she spent most of her life living all over the world. She is a recent graduate from Utah Tech University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in business. As a collegiate athlete and military child, she has developed a passion for having a stake in the mission and creating a successful work environment. Miranda loves that her role allows her to contribute to Legacy’s mission of creating genuine connections with residents and associates. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling where she can create memories on the go.
Laura Warren
Area Director of Sales
Laura joined the Legacy family in 2022 after working in Las Vegas and Tucson communities. Originally from the Midwest, Laura embraces the opportunity to exceed the expectations of older adults and their families as they make the important decision to live in a community setting. When Laura isn’t working, she enjoys traveling with her husband to visit their parents, four adult children, and national parks. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, and knitting items for her patient family members.
Vanesa Martinez
Administrative Assistant
As Administrative Assistant, Vanessa, provides daily support for the leadership team while building meaningful relationships with residents. No matter what stage of life we’re in, maximizing independence, maintaining dignity, you’ll find a personal touch approach to life at Legacy.
Ryan Downey
Activity Director
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Ryan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management and psychology from UNLV in 2024. During college, she found her passion working with seniors as an activities assistant, which launched her Legacy Retirement career in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, line-dancing with friends, watching reality TV shows and spending time with her family.
Bryant Bushman
Maintenance Chief
Bryant is a Las Vegas native. He went to VoTech High School for specialized training in drafting and construction, and later attended BSU for a marketing/mid-management degree. He became Chief Engineer for Clark County Library District and managed 29 building operations throughout the county and oversaw construction of many of the libraries in his 25 years of service. Bryant enjoys spending time outdoors with his children ATV riding, camping, and fishing. He is excited to be a part of the Legacy family.
