The more we do for
ourselves, the healthier we are and the better we feel. No matter what
stage of life we are in, our independence and ability to do for ourselves are
very important. Nevertheless, there comes a time when we all could
use a helping hand, even for the most basic daily activities like dressing,
bathing, grooming, or taking medications.
Providing just the right amount of help is what we do best at Legacy House
Assisted Living. We recognize that no two individuals are alike.
That's why we assess each individual before they come to our house. We ask
each resident, their families, and their doctor what is needed and what would
make life easier. Based on your answers to our questions, we design a
service plan that meets your needs and wants.
What is Assisted Living?
As defined by our industry,
assisted living is a
"special combination of housing, personalized supportive services,
and health care designed to meet the needs - both scheduled and
unscheduled - of those who require help with activities of daily living."
At Legacy House Assisted Living, we provide these personalized services
and health care through our Levels of Care Program. We offer three
levels of care: Primary Care, Extended Level of Care II, and
Extended Level of Care III.
Your level of care will be based on your unique and individual needs and
discussed with you by our staff.
